at the bottom of our deep end, there is one of those things that automatically cleans and sucks up dirt that goes to the bottom. its not one of those vacuum things you buy separately that move around. its in the floor and im guessing its attached to a pipe somewhere underground.
i know that solar heaters utilize your existing pool pumps, but is that possible in our case? we have two things that pump heated water into the pool form our current heater and that sucky thing at the bottom.

You should be alright. The floor units should act in the system just like any other kind of floor drain or skimmer. Also, the solar heater should tie in by itself or if it is included in the original system, it would be right after the filter. so your cleaning unit should be irrelevant.
i own a pool company and what you have is called a creepy crawly.and no it will not interfere with your solar pool heater
